The government did not act properly because they try to convince people that it was ETA in the first moment.But at the end they said the truth, so I think they were very stupid. I think they should have given the information to the public and dont declare who was the responsible without enough evidence.
I like that the government has changed because they felt very BIG HEAD.
Also I want to add that I did not like that in the day of the elections decision there were these demonstrations. I think anyway, that was inevitable but the government paid a high price for its mistakes, the support to bush and Aznar's BIG HEAD. Ok and i don't like to talk about politics anymore. ARRIBA ESPAñA!!!

Wpis:Hey, Daniel - I wrote that I do not know the exact situation in Spain. There must have been important causes for the sudden change of people's politycal preferences. But here we can see only the voting result and the fact, that Spain is withdrawing soldiers from Iraq. Everybody says that it will show the terrorists that they can influence countries and they will do such attacks again...

After the bombings they did a very dark job trying to hide the truth (they thought that, for their reelection, it was much preferable that terrorists were eta and not islamic)
From the same morning, some media already knew that some proofs pointed to Al Qaeda. But it was forbidden to release this information, since they wanted everyone to believe it was eta. Now it seems that even the public television forbid their workers to release any declarations of people who were not from the popular party...
Nacho, Esquerra Republicana 8 seats! (they are the Republican party from Catalonia) My opinion is that they should revoke the Monarchy and send the spanish king to pick strawberries in Lepe (Lepe is a very famous town from Huelva, because lots of spanish jokes refer to this town)

That is what they wanted...
I am afraid that, encouraged by the "success", they will try the same with other countries whi have their soldiers in Iraq. For example Poland...
